Shipping & Processing

At GreenCloudExoticz, all orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.

Adult Use Only

By placing an order through GreenCloudExoticz, customers confirm they are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase hemp-derived products in their jurisdiction.

Compliance Notice

All products sold by GreenCloudExoticz are federally compliant hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to states or jurisdictions where hemp-derived products may be restricted or prohibited by law.

Tracking & Delivery

Once an order has shipped, customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates provided by the shipping carrier. GreenCloudExoticz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If a package has not been marked as delivered within 10 business days after shipment, customers may contact support for assistance.

Delivered Packages

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds or replacements. GreenCloudExoticz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not receive a refund
